Every transaction is fully funded and the title/deed will be in our collective hands. No financing, no middle man, no hands in your pocket. No outrageous insurance because it's only land.
Your membership (management, maintenance & marketing). Annual property taxes (State, Local). Low tax rate because again it's only land.
We do not develop the land that we invest in. We do not finance the investment property, it is owned by the investment outright. No tenants and no repair costs.
This is a membership based group investment per parcel. Whether it's 10,890 sqt or 1000 acres you will not be alone in your investment. We encourage 5+ investors per parcel, lowers annual tax fees and encourages a (group concept and I'm not alone in this journey).
With every investment there is risk but you are investing in undeveloped land. Land someone wants or will want when those metro areas have been built as high as they can go, using every inch for roads and infrastructure. You are free to recoup your investment at any time but with maturity and when the market becomes favorable for your land that is when you will make that initial investment count. You and every investor in the group of the specific property will get the property specific identification. A percentage of investment ownership with specific dollar. A contract stating all the relevant information to make you sleep sound at night. A signed and notarized living trust official document.

Your membership grants you the investment opportunity. You will get an updated property investment list with all the info needed to make in informed decision. Your membership is the only way to be a part of this lucrative InvestGroup. After your investment is processed as a member we at Landtrust will market your investment for a minimum profit. Whether its a base % of a profit or a different % agreed upon with every individual property between its investors.
Your property/investment will be in a living revokable trust with you and the group as beneficiaries. The trust will be negotiated to fit everyone's needs with a co-trustee option. If an unfortunate event of becoming unalived.
The group owning the investment property will have access to full transparency. Knowing every group members investment info within the property/investment, there will be public information access to verify and see any changes with the property after you own the investment. You as the beneficiary will be entrusted by Land Trust to fulfill your best interests. The property will increase in value or we let it mature. Nothing is done without the beneficiaries consent.
You can invest as much or as little as you are comfortable with. One piece of whole land can be invested in by as many people as are ready to fulfill the asking price. It can be 2 people investing in a 10890 sqft piece of land at $1500. Up to a 600 acre piece of land with 15 investors priced at $275,000. With each investor putting a different amount of funds. Those funds invested will equal to a specific percentage ownership in each and every property/investment. Some will be equal most won't.
